Koda was initially brought on board BMO Financial Group in 2007, tasked with enhancing and improving the user experience for a selection of their flagging consumer brands. We ended up unifying the BMO look and feel across internal and external channels and upgrading the level of engagement for campaigns featured on BMO.com.

Over the next four years, BMO moved from last place among the Big 5 banks to leading the industry in Website User Experience*

* Ranked 1st overall in Forrestor’s Best and Worst of Website User Experience, 2011: Canadian Banks and 2nd place in the Forrestor’s 2011 Canadian Online Sales Bank Rankings with BMO’s score rising from 47 in 2010 to 65 in 2011.

BMO Human Resources Intranet

Our most recent project for BMO’s Human Resources department placed us at the forefront of a collaborative effort to transition their aging HR infrastructure to a modern, centralized, transactional system that would more effectively service the 51,000 employees from Bank of Montreal Financial Group in Canada and the US.

Take Charge of Your Retirement

With the goal of creating a successful retirement-savings campaign, BMO enlisted Life Transition Consultant Dr. Amy D’Aprix to help institute a fresh new approach to Retirement Planning. This dynamic and talented speaker became the focal point for the online and interactive video-based planning tool. Koda was responsible for the planning, interactive design, creative positioning, video production and build.
